While other companies may tell you that only they can install their product, this is not true with Shanachie Greens. Of course we’d love to install a green for you but we also realize that you just may want to do it yourself!
Whether we build it or you build it….you will not find a better product than this! Check out our first “Build Your Own Green” of the 2009 season! The homeowner had an unusual area where he wanted to install his green. We designed a plan to save him money on his materials by showing him how to be the most efficient with a smaller carpet. As you can see, this install came out beautifully with the help of a Shanachie consultant who was there through the steps to guide the homeowner and his laborers through the correct steps and processes and insuring the job was completed the right way. *(click and enlarge to get a better look)
STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL
“Build Your Own” Green
*Order your turf kit from Shanachie Greens for only $5. per square foot. This is not your run of the mill nylon green. It is the same turf, polypropylene, that all Shanachie Greens are made of!
*Optional: Just do it yourself OR we’ll send a Certified Independent Consultant to your location to supervise and oversee the installation – insuring the job is completed correctly. This is at an additional cost of only .50 cents per sq. ft. for greens over 400 sq. ft OR $1. per sq. ft. for greens under 400 sq. ft.
*Set a date & time for the Build A Green. Invite your golf buddies to help with the project (Free labor!)
*Purchase the materials (base, infill (coal slag), utility knives, etc.) and rent the equipment two days prior to your install. We will walk you through everything!
*Start the install in the morning and practice your short game in the afternoon!
